Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
